Marley’s Gotham Grill is a restaurant and bar in Hackettstown that serves a variety of delicious foods- I personally think that the burgers and sandwiches are both great choices, but what they truly specialize in is wings.
Marley’s has an ever-expanding menu of wing flavors, I’ve been going here with my family for at least 10-years and if I’m remembering correctly, back when we first went there were only 150 flavors. This is all thanks to the head chef and owner, Chef Bruno-who once appeared on Food Network- who’s entire goal is just experimenting with sauces and seasoning.
You might be wondering- how can you even have that many types of sauce for wings? And the answer is that a few of the wing types are kind of weird, for example, #245 OMG- Oreo, marshmallow, and ganache or #173 Caramel Banana Peanut.
