What is Genshin Impact..?

Genshin Impact is a fantasy gacha game that revolves around two main characters and their journey across the magical world in the game, Teyvat. They meet interesting individuals across lands (loosely) based on real-world continents and seek to be reunited with each other.

Mondstat
Featured above are Noelle and Kaeya, two characters from Mondstat. As you can see, both of their outfits pull from the functionality of knight/militia clothing on top of having a deep, saturated color palette. Most characters from Mondstat hold true to these themes often having practical clothing for the weather and some sort of knightly element imbued in their design.
Liyue
This is Xingqiu and Xinyan, two characters hailing from Liyue. Both of their designs have Chinese elements ranging from the ornate jewelry to graphic and detailed textiles. The same can be said for most characters from this region, as they all have an ornate patterning on their clothing or intricate hairpieces and earpieces.
Inazuma
Featured above is Chiori and Ayato from Inazuma. The both of them have the striking kimono/yukata silhouette and draw inspiration from traditional Japanese attire with a modern day twist. The same can be said for all characters from Inazuma, as the fashion of Japan is very polarizing and recognizable.
Sumeru
This is Nilou and Tighnari, two characters from the lively region of Sumeru. As you can see, both characters are dressed for the warm climate of the region while also having aspects of sun protection in their designs. This and draped fabric are very common themes throughout Sumeru designs.
