For all my fellow foodie lovers – this one’s for you!
It’s that time of year again. The season where the cherry blossoms start blooming, the birds are out chirping, and the food lovers head to the city. Not just any part of the city. The areas that are housing some of the most delicious food you can find within the metropolitan area. It has a plethora of names like heaven, foodie town, food festival, and my happy place. Officially, it’s called Smorgasburg.

Salty. Sweet. Vegetarian. Vegan. Brazilian. Korean. Italian. American. Japanese. Seafood.
You name it, they probably have it. This is one of the many reasons why I enjoy coming to this food festival. There is a little bit of something for everyone.
Scared of driving to the city? No worries! Smorgasburg has multiple locations between New York and New Jersey. The company has also expanded to Florida, Canada, and California.
Have a favorite vendor but not sure when and where they will be? Just check out their Instagram page. Users will be able to see what vendors will be at the festival, where they are located and when you can stop by. Their social media is consistently updated daily. Multiple locations can have different opening days depending vendor on signing.

Jersey City T.B.D.
My personal favorite locations to visit are Williamsburg and Prospect Park. The Williamsburg location can be found by the water with a nice view of Soho. Need to walk off your food baby? The Brooklyn Flea Market is only a few blocks away. Prospect Park is a great location because it is inside the park itself. You have so much room to move around and it is much easier to find parking. Not only that but there are multiple attractions nearby to enjoy your day!
